Kia has been an absolutely brilliant instructor - I started off learning to drive very nervous and I had a bad experience with a previous instructor, so I was apprehensive. Throughout the whole 9 months of lessons Kia was incredibly patient with me and took the time to explain things as many times as I needed. Each lesson he would review what had gone well and not so well and made a plan on what we would work on. The LDC workbook and app were also extremely helpful in passing both my theory and practical tests first time!!

I had a really great experience with my driving instructor. He was extremely patient, welcoming, friendly and supportive throughout all of my lessons, which helped me feel comfortable and confident while learning. He explained things very clearly and often used the LDC workbook as visual examples, especially for topics like roundabouts and junctions, which made a big difference in my understanding. He always asked for my opinions and how I felt about different situations, making the lessons feel very catered to me and inclusive rather than one-size-fits-all. The feedback he gave was always helpful and encouraging, with clear pointers on how to improve without ever feeling negative or discouraging. I especially appreciated that he didn’t just focus on areas to improve, but also pointed out and praised things I did well, which really boosted my confidence and motivation.
